If Happ won’t connect, or the VPN is on but pages won’t open, work down this list from the top. The causes are sorted from common to rare, and you rarely need to reach the end.
1. look for lines with ⛔
When something is off with your subscription, Happ shows lines starting with ⛔ instead of servers. They tell you exactly what’s wrong:
- “Subscription ended”. The VPN is paused, your devices and settings are kept. Renew in the bot or at vverh.app and tap 🔄 in Happ. No need to reconnect anything.
- “No free slots”. You opened the link on a new device, and your plan has no free slots of that type. Add a slot in your account or remove a device you no longer use.
- “Link already in use”. This link is tied to another device. Add the new device in your account and it gets its own link.
- “Trial already used”. The free trial is once per device. Subscribe and everything will work.
2. refresh the subscription
In Happ, tap 🔄 next to the vverh subscription. The app fetches a fresh server list and your current term. Worth doing if you haven’t opened Happ in a while or have just renewed.
3. pick another server
Your subscription has several servers. If one won’t connect on your network, pick the next. How they differ is explained in VPN protocols in plain words.
4. check the internet without the VPN
Turn the VPN off and open any site. If it won’t load without the VPN either, the problem is the network: restart your router, or switch from Wi‑Fi to mobile data and back.
5. turn off other VPNs
A phone runs only one VPN at a time. If you have other services’ apps or a work VPN, turn them off and delete extra profiles:
- iPhone: Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
- Android: Settings → Network & internet → VPN.
6. check the date and time
If your device’s clock is wrong, a secure connection can’t be set up, because certificates are checked against the date. Turn on automatic date and time.
7. restart
Close Happ completely and open it again. If that doesn’t help, toggle airplane mode on and off. As a last resort, restart the device.
if nothing helped
Message support at @vverhsupport or support@vverh.app. To get an answer faster, send:
- which device and app you use;
- a screenshot of Happ;
- what exactly is wrong: it won’t connect at all, or it connects but pages don’t load.
If you haven’t tried vverh yet, the first 3 days are free and need no card. Support answers during the trial too.
